Social work is an independent body constituted with different body members to manage the social issues and necessities of their own village. SJSS has formed SWGs in 21 rural villages of Haryana and Utterpradesh. The SWG act as facilitators of the society and helped to outreach the programmes of the society to the village people. It is the body carries the responsibilities regarding the selection of beneficiaries, conducted the surveys, and organizing the meetings in the villages.
